Too much

LORD, all these pieces of my life, and parts of my heart – I trust YOU . . .

Only YOU can see, hear, and know, each one – where it goes, how it fits.

YOU have Promised that all things work together for our good – my humanity has always questioned that and worked hard at analyzing it all.

Even more so as a widow.

BUT GOD, YOU Promised.

YOU are Able, and Proven.

YOU are Forever the Faithful One.

Nothing, absolutely nothing, is too hard for YOU.

So, GOD . . . all I can do is surrender, because - it’s too much for me.

Psalm 131.

And trust YOU, LORD, when I am afraid.

Psalm 56:3.

: Jeremiah 17:7 – Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, whose trust is in the Lord.

• LORD, seems this is all I know to cry – LORD, I believe, help Thou my unbelief!

: Romans 8:28-29 – And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to His purpose.

• This is my Hope.

: Psalm 40:1-3 – I waited patiently for the Lord; He inclined to me and heard my cry. He drew me up from the pit of destruction, out of the miry bog, and set my feet upon a Rock, making my steps secure. He put a new song in my mouth, a song of praise to our God. Many will see and fear, and put their trust in the Lord.

• LORD, this.

: I Peter 2:9 – But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for His Own possession, that you may proclaim the excellencies of Him Who called you out of darkness into His marvelous Light.

• LORD, help me to LIVE this life.
